Abstract
Eighty-five random primers were screened for application in RAPD analysis.
Five of them were chosen to use in genetic identification of 31 garlic cultivars and lines.
The cultivars and lines can be genotypically differentiated.
It is confirmed that the RAPD technique provides a useful and efficient tool in classification and identification of garlic genetical resources.
