Abstract
The study mainly focused on the influence of different hormones and different times on the ability of ‘Xiangling’ tissue regeneration under full sunlight and automatic intermittent spraying.
Results showed that walnuts were growing rapidly from May to August.
The survival percent in early July was highest.
The results showed that the IBA treatment was better than 2,4-D. Comparing different concentrations of IBA revealed that 900-1200 ppm of IBA was the most optimal concentration and formed more callus.
What is more, IBA900, 1500 ppm induced roots.
Different concentrations of IBA have a significant impact on the content of endogenous hormone in cuttings.
