Abstract
Three superior apricot lines were selected by controlled crossing and characters as follows. ’09-3-12′ is the earliest-ripening superior line, and has an attractive fruit appearance with flush skin and is round in shape.
The average fruit weight is 57.0 g, but reaches 93.4 g; the flesh is orange, with a fine texture and aroma. ’09-1-33′ is an early or medium-ripening superior line, which has an attractive fruit appearance with flush skin and is elliptical in shape.
The average fruit weight is 52.4 g, but it reaches 83.7 g; the flesh is orange and has a fine texture and aroma. ’03-2-100′ is a middle-ripening superior line, which has an attractive fruit appearance with flush skin and is ovate in shape.
The average fruit weight is 112.0 g, but it reaches 132.4 g.
The flesh is orange color and has a fine texture and aroma.
