Abstract
The object of the present study was to analyse the physiological-biochemical characteristics of two widely used preparations – furadan 5G and dyfonate 5G with respect to the plant test Rhaphanus sativus L. var.minor.
Three working rates were applied – 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0/kg soil, at the time of seed sowing.
Three working rates were applied – 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0/kg soil, at the time of seed sowing.
On the basis of the investigation made it was established that these preparations stimulate the total number of microorganisms as well as that of ammonifying sporiferous bacteria by the 20th day, and that of the aerobic cellulose-fermenting ones – by the 10th day.
Both preparations did not affect the azotobacter development, but penetrated into the plant organism and induced changes on the respiration intensity and the peroxidase activity.
