Abstract
Researches have been carried out in Sicily, in Palermo in the experimental center of the Istituto di Orticoltura e Floricoltura, using frozen seedling of cv.
Sequoia, cultivated in Green House on Mediterranean black soil.

Four installation dates have been tested; June 15, July 15, August 15, September 15.

Productive results have been decreasing, starting from the first date and halved with the last one of September 15.

The earliness of production has been clearly influenced by the first dates of installation, while no difference has been noted regarding quality and weight of fruits.
On the second year cultivation the different installation dates have done no influence on the average production and weight of fruits.
