Abstract
The aims of the present study were to characterize the spatial variability and the spatial structure of fruit quality criteria within a tree.
The geostatistical method has been applied to an apricot tree according to different type of distances and a spatial correlation is described by the variogram function.
Some interesting consequences should be expected from the described spatial correlation network in term of sampling and mapping procedures in a fruit tree.
