Abstract
In the cultivation of programmed chrysanthemus considerably high minimum temperature are recommended, 16°–18°, too expensive for the present price of fuel oil.
The results obtained in cultivating the "Super White" chrysanthemum with lower minimums of temperature, 10°–13°–16° variously combined in the three different periods of cultivation are reported here.
In the environmental conditions of the Ligurian "Riviera di Ponente" it is possible to save fuel and obtain a production of good quality.
