Abstract
Days to anthesis in Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Jacques ‘Vittatum’ can be controlled by photoperiod.
Daylengths ≤ 12 hours reduce the time required to anthesis from 17 weeks (24 hour daylength) to 10 weeks.
Three weeks of 8 hour daylengths was the minimum number of short days required to reduce the days to anthesis.
