Abstract
By using RAPD molecule markers, genome polymorphism analysis was conducted on 29 Chinquapin species collected from different regions in Jianou City.
One hundred seventy two bands were amplified by 18 pairs of primer, including 168 polymorphic bands, accounting for 97.67% of the total.
By amplification and cluster analysis, these 29 Chinquapin species were divided into 5 groups.
The kinship of Chinquapin germplasm and the application value of RAPD were also discussed.
