Abstract
In this paper the vegetable industry in Pei County is briefly outlined.
The Pei county is one of the largest vegetable producing counties in China and the vegetable industry is an important component of the countys economy.
Open field cultivation, solar greenhouse and the plastic tunnel all exist in Pei County while the featured open field cultivation is an important part.
The vegetable produce are sold both home and abroad.
Development of ecology sustained cultivation methods is introduced there, too.
The scientific and rational vegetable crop seasons are developed there according to the local resources, market needs and long-term practice.
