Abstract
In experiments of varying and low temperature it has been established that between 4–15°C it is possible to achieve a germination of 73–82%. Under these conditions the germination lasted 79 and 65 days.

The experiments have proved that in quartz sand, it is possible to reduce the duration of germination to 45 days.
Treatments, such as gamma-irradiation, KNO3, germizal, gibberellin, did not have a notable effect on the germination of seeds.
