Abstract
In order to test possible relationship between genotype and aromatic and phenolic fractions, and than different enological attitudes, four "clonal families" were considered.
At harvest a series of investigations of must composition and grape composition was carried out.
In the present experimental work a remarkable difference among "clonal families" can be noted about some parameters not conventionally considered but however very important for their enological utilisation.
