Abstract
According to the agreement with the Agricultural University in Michurinsk (Russia), 12 newly selected apple clonal rootstocks were tested at Pure Horticultural Research Station.
The ability to propagate (formation of new roots and their quality) as well as vegetative growth and resistance to diseases were determined.
The largest total number of layers was obtained from rootstocks 71-3-150, 70-20-20, 70-20-21, 75-1-62, while the highest number of well-rooted layers were observed in rootstocks 70-20-20, 76-6-6, 75-4-4, B396 and Pure 1.
