Abstract
The influence of pinolene foliar sprays ( 1 and 2 % ) at two spraying times was studied on yield , fruit quality and nutrient elements content of Shamouti and Washington navel orange cultivars in 1974 and 1975 seasons .

Generally, pinolene treatments increased the yield of both cultivars during the two years of study.
With a few exceptions, pinolene treatments did not affect fruit quality of both cultivars.

Pinolene foliar sprays ( 1 and 2 % ) had no significant effect on the concentrations of N, P, K, Ca,Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn . in the leaves of both cultivars in the two years of the study .
