Abstract
The well-known sesquiterpenoids and poliines in chamomile oil were suitable for the comparisons of efficience of the conventional and overpressured TLC techniques.
The separations were carried out with saturated and unsaturated normal/N/ chambers, ultramicro chamber /UM chamber/ and linear type pressurized ultramicro chamber /PUM chamber/using both normal TLC and modern HPTLC chromatoplates.
The separations were carried out with saturated and unsaturated normal/N/ chambers, ultramicro chamber /UM chamber/ and linear type pressurized ultramicro chamber /PUM chamber/using both normal TLC and modern HPTLC chromatoplates.
Data obtained with overpressured TLC demonstrated important advantages regarding separation processes, time requirement, resolution, as compared to classical TLC.
