Abstract
A description of the most suitable conditions for the application of the ELISA method for diagnosis of prunus ring spot virus (PRSV), prune dwarf virus (PDV), and chlorotic leaf spot virus (CLSV) in stone fruit trees in Spain is presented.
Advantages of the technique and possibilities of detecting in a single test any one of the three viruses, or a mixture of them, by using an artificial polyvalent antiserum are discussed.
