Abstract
In recent years, with the increase in the consumption of natural resources and energy, global environmental problems have appeared.
This is a very serious environmental load on worldwide food production.
For this reason, innovative techniques for production of low entropy by using effectively the energy for the ecosystemic agriculture have been expected.

This study was conducted, directing major attention to the fact that some of the ceramics produced from silicate minerals as a raw material have electrical functions such as electrical insulation, dielectric, and piezoelectric properties.
Stable granular ceramics having electrical charges at the surface were produced, using the natural raw materials of silicate minerals having excellent moldabilities and sintering properties.

Production of functional water was attempted by effective use of the electrochemical energy of the ceramics with an efficient water treatment apparatus, differently from conventional systems.
In the experimental results, the EC of water treated with the ceramics did not change, but the ORP and also the pH and the DO changed.
The quality and proper ORP of water, which would contribute to ecosystemic agriculture, were then improved.
In the case of the tap water, the ORP and the other values of the water varied with the sampling time, but a general tendency was found such that the water with an ORP of 500 mv or higher, and with higher reaction rate in the potentials was more favorable for the growth of wheat seedlings.
