Abstract
The essential oil of Artemisia campestris L. subsp. maritima Arcangelis was studied.
The sesquiterpene alcohol cadin-4-en-7-ol, one of the most abundant compounds in the oil, was isolated and exhaustively characterised by NMR techniques.
