Abstract
In a fluid-roof solar greenhouse radiant energy is collected in the daytime and dissipated at night by the entire roof.
External fluid storage and continuous circulation are provided.
A numerical analysis of the energetics and the water balance of this approach is given.
Considerable savings in heating and ventilation requirements, as well as more favorable conditions for plant growth are indicated.
