Abstract
In this research the changes of the levels of trace elements in the root system during the fruit growth period were analyzed.
The results showed that the content of manganese in the roots increases at the early stage and decreases at the late stage.
The changes of copper and zinc are basically the same, but they decrease at the early stage and increase later on, and the amount of iron goes up first, drops later on and then goes up again.
The study specified the changing rules of the micro-nutrient levels in the root system during the growth period of fruit, and provided a theoretical basis for the reasonable usage of the micro-nutrient for Chinese jujube trees.
