Abstract
From 1980-2015, the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany, carried out its own European plum-breeding programme in order to provide the market with some specialities.
One of the breeding aims was plum cultivars bearing yellow-skinned fruits.
Three new high-quality yellow-skinned plum cultivars resulted from that breeding programme: Emmi, Miroma, and Fidelia.
