Abstract
The aim of the research was to test the effect of cold storage, alone or associated with 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid (CEPA) treatments, to stock plants on adventitious root formation (ARF) in cuttings of "140 Ruggeri" (Vitis Berlandieri x V. rupestris), a grape rootstock that shows wide fluctuations in its rooting ability during the year (Bartolini and Toponi, 1981).
