Abstract
Embryonal axes of three oaks (Q. suber, Q. pubescens, Q. cerris) were in vitro cultured.
Several concentrations of benziladenine (BA) and calcium and boron were tested.
Many shoots were produced from Q. suber axillary and adventitious buds.
Q. pubescens and Q. cerris showed a lower multiplication rate.
Plantlets obtained from Q. pubescens shoots were hardened in a greenhouse.
