Abstract
Genetic similarities were calculated between 42 Rubus genotypes representing 37 species from DNA analysis using RAPD markers.
All of the representatives of Malachobatus were included in one cluster along with R. tsangorum in Dalibardastrum and the Anaplobatus.
R. eustophanos in the Idaeobatus was also included in this cluster. ‘Meeker’ and ‘Tulameen’ had high similarity values to species in the Dalibardastrum, Anaplobatus and Idaeobatus.
