Abstract
An experiment was carried out in Indaiatuba, State of São Paulo, throughout six years with 6 year old grapevines of cultivar Niagara Rosada.
Five different doses of N (30, 60, 90, 120, and 150g/plant) and P2O5 and K2O (40, 120, 200, 280, and 360g/plant) in different combinations were applied in order to find suitable levels of N, P, and K fertilization and to verify increases in yield, cluster weight, and macronutrient concentration in dry matter of leaves obtained with nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium fertilizers in comparison with a non-fertilizer control.

Yield and cluster weight responded to the different applications of N, P2O5 and K2O in regards to the non-fertilizer control.
Throughout the years the concentrations of N and K in dry matter gradually responded to these fertilizers.

The six-year pooled analysis showed yield response to nitrogen and potassium fertilization but no response concerning cluster weight towards nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization.
By considering each year of trial individually, the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilization had no effect on the N, Ca, Mg, and S concentrations in the dry matter.

The maximum grape yields reached in the six-year pooled analysis were obtained with the application of 105.40g N/plant and 308.33g K2O/plant.
