Abstract
An investigation on fuel consuption on carnation yield has been carried out.

Four greenhouses with different technical specification and different night temperatures has been used for this purpose.

Fuel consuption is proportional to the selected night temperature and tightness of the houses.
Low night temperature is not always economical one as productivity may be drastically reduced, 5°C night temperature our experimental condition seem to be an economical one either for energy saving or carnations yield.
