Abstract
The purpose of this research was to reveal which factors impede consumers to buy organically grown products.
Therefor two random samples of the Dutch population were interviewed.
Four impediments were found: unacquaintance with organic certificates, the obtainability, the higher price and discontent about the quality of organics.
