Abstract
Cauliflower harvesting requires much labour.
If we want to cut good curds we have to go through the crop several times.
From 1970 to 1973 experiments were made to investigate whether the cauliflower crop could be harvested only once.
If once-over harvesting gives prospects, we may start with mechanical harvesting.
