ECONOMICAL EFFECTS OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT IN HORTICULTURE

The assignment of a co-referate is to present a critical analysis of a paper, underlining statements with which one agrees and showing the facts which raise questions about statements which are contrary to ones thinking and knowledge.

In my opinion it is the right of a co-referator to paint in black and white reality which is normally grey, just as truth is somewhere in the middle.

This task is easy if a paper has its weaknesses and the argumentation is not properly designed as a chain of logical reasoning.
It is a thankless task if facts are well prepared and the argumentation has been considered carefully.

The paper by I. Dimény is a master-piece from this point of view and after having read this excellent paper I felt very unhappy that I had accepted to give the co-referate.
I apologise in advance that my black and white picture cannot reach the standard set by I.Dimény.
