ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND FRUIT AND VEGETABLE MARKET ORGANIZATION 1)

This paper deals with, through a comparison of 3 countries confronted with different levels of economic development the problem of the organization of the fruit and vegetable market.
After outlining the main characteristics of this organization, the authors present various group positions underlying the major constraints which the organization faces and later difficulties which might arise.
A certain number of practical conclusions are drawn concerning the E.E.C.
