Abstract
Tissue cultures from different organs of Actinidia chinensis (Dilleniaceae) a dioecious plant acclimatized in France are realized.
The rhizogenetic conditions of stem segments are determinated and the pool of free amino acids of the tissues are analysed.
Cultural conditions of fruit ("Kiwi") are precized.
Flower buds coming from male and female plants are also grown in vitro. Studies on anther and pollen culture and peroxidasic activity in relation to the sex differentiation are under investigations.
