Abstract
Three important fig varieties known to have different tendencies for fruit cracking, Bursa Black, Göklop and Sarilop, were sprayed with 1 % CaCl2 during the second and slow growth period of the fruit.
The application exerted a marked effect on leaf-N, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu contents.
