Abstract
Lemon verbena cuttings were cultivated in October 1980 in Egypt.
Until September 1981 three cuts could be taken.
The average yield of fresh herb, fresh leaves and dry leaves were 6, 2,4 and 0.6 tons/feddan respectively.
The oil percentages in fresh herb and fresh leaves were 0.37 and 0.55 respectively.
The yield of oil was 17.1 kg/fed.
The percentage of concrete in the fresh herb was 0.7 which yielded 63% absolute.
