Abstract
Saprophytic Fusarium oxysporum, isolated from Fusarium-suppressive soils, have been selected for their biocontrol activity against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. dianthi, incitans of Fusarium wilt of carnation.
The results obtained during the past 10 years by applying wild strains, mutants and transformed strains, as well as a commercial formulation of a selected strain, are critically reviewed.
