The project work on 3 levels: Research and Development, strengthening the material and personal resources related to tomato production, ànd finally extension work.
The main aim of the project was to find means for the most rational use of the natural resources of Egypt in the context of tomato production.
An important segment of this work is to assess the implications of the seasonal changes of the climate and make use of practical means to modify it.
