Abstract
Endogenous hormones can promote fruit growth and development.
In this experiment, Ziziphus jujuba Dongzao and Linyilizao were selected as experimental materials, collected regularly from the fruit setting stage to study the changes of morphological indexes and endogenous hormone contents during the fruit development, and determine the correlation between these changes and the growth and maturity of jujube fruits.
To find out the key hormones that may affect the growth and development of jujube fruits, could provide reference for the study and regulation of physiological mechanism of growth and development of Ziziphus jujuba Dongzao and Linyilizao fruits.
Test results showed that the double S-shaped curve was not obvious in the fruit growth of Ziziphus jujuba Dongzao and Linyilizao. The content of GA3 in jujube fruit was higher in the early stage, and decreased from July 15 to fruit ripening.
IAA content increased rapidly from flowering and fruiting stage to young fruit stage, and maintained a high level, and then decreased slowly after August 5. ZT was detected at the early stage of fruit development and showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.
ABA was detected in the late stage of fruit development, and its content increased rapidly.
The contents of IAA and GA3 were negatively correlated with the morphological indexes of Ziziphus jujuba Dongzao and Linyilizao. The contents of ABA and ZT were correlated with morphological indexes of Ziziphus jujuba Dongzao and Linyilizao fruits in different degrees.
