Abstract
The development of molecular techniques has revolutionised genetic mapping.
Here we describe the application of SRFA (Selected Restriction Fragment Amplification) in the analysis of the Petunia genome.
The method allows a very fast and reliable development of a genetic map.
Moreover, with this method one can select multiple markers in specific area’s of the genome.
