Abstract
The seedlings asparagus plants were grown from a sowing carried out in a nursery on May 1988 and then were trasplanted on August 1988. The planned trial compared eleven herbicides with two or four different rates in a randomized block experimental design with 3 replication.
All the theses, at the used rates, showed full or medium selectivity to the seedling asparagus plants, excluded Chlorpropham + Diuron.
Diuron, Pendimethalin + Linuron, Chlorpropham + Diuron, Metribuzin and Propyzamide + Diuron have resulted the most efficacious means for weed control.
