One of these is the firm Jacques Marionnet G.F.A. in the Loire Valley.
The first clonal hybrids obtained are "Jacq.Ma. 2001" and "Jacq.Ma. 2002" and other will be soon marketed.
The main characteristic of these clonal hybrids "Jacq.Ma." is the size of the spears.
Thus, with the same precocity and yield the profitability is better because of a lower cost price and a higher valorization of the product.
The results have been obtained in comparison with other commercial clonal hybrids in different areas in France and in Spain.
