Abstract
The F1 segregation population derived from a cross between Dongzao (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Dongzao) and Linyilizao (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Linyilizao) was used to analysis the QTLs for trunk diameter (TD), branch angle (BA), branch crankle angle (BCA), and branch bent angle (BBA). By using interval mapping method, a total of 34 QTLs were detected, including 6 for TD, 14 for BA, 7 for BCA and 7 for BBA, and phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranged from 8.6 to 54.2%. Among these QTLs, which controlling the related agronomic traits were often mapped on the same or adjacent intervals, forming several clusters in the linkage groups.
This will provide useful genetic information that could be used as molecular marker-aided selection in breeding program of Chinese jujube.
