Abstract
A novel extraction route of the natural cyclic adenosine -3,5-monophosphate (cAMP) from jujube fruit was developed; it was consist of ultrasonic wave assisted extraction and ion exchange.
The appropriate conditions of ultrasonic extraction were under 400W extracting power for 30 min at 60°C. The eluting solvent was 5% formic acid.
The extraction rate of cAMP was 95.3% and the purity was 98.8%. The method can be extended in practice in the large-scale extraction industry of natural cAMP.
