Abstract
The variability found in four enzymatic systems, 6-PGD, MDH, PGM and SDH, was sufficient to group 29 walnut cultivars into 25 phenotypic classes.
Twenty three cultivars were individually identified.
Four more enzymatic systems analysed (PGI, LAP, GOT, and ACO) were monomorphic in the cultivars studied.
