Abstract
Thirty five isolates from 8 micromyceta species [Trichoderma viride, Gliocladium roseum, Trichothecium roseum, Epicoccum purpurascens (E. nigrum), Verticillium tenerum, Coniothyrium minitans, Sordaria fimicola, Chaetomium sp.] were tested in vitro against the main phytopathogenic fungi of apricot-tree [Monilinia laxa, Stigmina carpophila, Cytospora (Valsa) cincta, Schizophyllum commune].
Trichoderma viride (isolates and mutants) and Sordaria fimicola proved the strongest antagonism against all test-pathogens of. apricot-tree.
Epicoccum purpurascens isolates showed antagonism against Monilinia laxa, Stigmina carpophila and Cytospora cincta.
Other micromyceta isolates (Gliocladium roseum, some E. purpurascens isolates etc.) did not demonstrate antagonistic action against the main pathogens of apricot-tree, each of them having their own special place in the phyllosphere, being indifferent and not disturbing reciprocally.
