Abstract
There were 562 hybrids from 10 progenies which were used for this study with respect to segregation of the hybrids with late consumption maturity.
The hybrids from cross ‘Beurré Bosc ‘x’ Doyenné du Comice’ had the best taste quality.
Taste quality of fruits depends on the ripening time.
The later the ripening time, the worse the taste.
However, some promising hybrids were selected which combine a late consumption maturity with good fruit qualities and some other suitable agronomic characters.
