Abstract
Regardless of developmental stage, for Lilium longiflorum ‘Nellie White’ plants, the range of acceptable forcing temperatures is very narrow.
At 13°C, development is slowed.
Above 21°C, flower bud numbers are reduced (abortions increased), regardless if rate of development is hastened with some growth phases.
