Abstract
Chenin blanc is a crucial part of the history of the vineyard and represents more than half of all vineyards 35 years and older in South Africa.
The interregional representation of the old Chenin blanc vineyard offers consumers the opportunity to experience its different expressions.
The vineyards are not only a great source of scientific knowledge, but they also tell stories about our wine heritage and our potential for future value creation.
