Abstract
In France, the Chenin blanc grape variety is currently planted mainly in the Loire Valley.
Climate change raises many questions that will become more acute in the coming years: for example, what are the technical conditions for maintaining and developing this variety in this area? And in new and different areas, in France and abroad? How can it be positioned to complement or compete with current productions? To initiate this reflection, it is proposed to present the contributions of strategic foresight work conducted since 2014 as part of the LACCAVE project of INRAE.
