Abstract
The effect of bulblets formation in Muscari bulbs induced by benzyladenine treatment on the multiple forms of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase was electrophoretically analysed.
It was found, that differentiation of bulblets from intact bulbs causes the induction of activity and appearance of the several electrophoretic forms of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
The possible relationship between cytokinins, pentose phosphate pathway and differentiation of Muscari bulbs is discussed.
