Abstract
The retarding influence of N, N-dimethylmorpholinium chloride /RW-3/ on the growth of potted chrysanthemum was investigated.
RW-3 proved to be effective in growth reduction of plants when applied through drench shortly after pinching the cuttings.
A better effect was obtained if the drench was combined with a spray.
The best concentration of RW-3 for soil drench was in the range of 0.25 – 0.5%, but for foliar application combined with drench – 0.1 – 0.2%.
