Abstract
The micropropagation of Vaccinium corymbosum is studied in order to overcome the difficulty in rooting cuttings of many cultivars and the lack of a sufficient quantity of propagation material of new ones.
The cultivars respond differently to micropropagation (Zimmermann, 1979; Cohen et al., 1979) and it is necessary to find the best conditions for each of them particularly in the establishment phase which seems to be most critical (Lyrene, 1980).
